200g of home grown Padron Peppers- these have become a summer staple, a little spicy roughly 1 in 10 peppers has some decent heat to it. Scorch quickly in a dry pan or over coals so the skin blisters nicely, then sprinkle over some flaked salt and eat them whole- delicious!
