Organic Grass Fed Diced Hogget

500g of Organic Diced Hogget. These are from our own flock on the farm- 100% grass-fed, slightly older animals between 1-2 years old. We leave them for longer to develop flavour, and grow slowly. We rotationally graze them to manage our pasture, most of which has been organically managed for over 40 years. These products are delivered frozen. If you are not at home to receive your delivery then they may well begin to thaw and need to be used immediately.
