Organic Grass Fed Lamb Hogget Burgers

4 Lamb Hogget Burgers. Grown here on the farm, they graze over 100 acres in a low stocking density all year round. Our animals are kept for a minimum of 14 months which is why they are called 'hogget' instead of 'lamb' (which is often sent to market from 4-5 months old)- this makes sure they have time to grow slowly and develop flavour on our old meadow pastures.
